Prior to
signing up for training sessions with Marcus Minchew,
he really took the time to explain the training process
thoroughly and ensured me that he would not be satisfied
unless I was elated with the training. I really appreciated
this quality in a trainer while I was trying to achieve
my goals. I felt very comfortable having Marcus as
my instructor since he was willing to share his knowledge
and expertise with me prior to training. He really
impressed me with all of his information.
I have been training with Marcus for the past three
weeks. After only a few days of training and eating
properly, I could definitely tell that I had more
energy and that my waist seemed to be thinner. Throughout
the three weeks, I was eating more than ever before
and I was loosing weight at the same time. I have
always thought that was impossible. I have certainly
toned up since we have started training together,
but more importantly, I have gained so much knowledge
in the past few weeks, it is unbelievable. Our training
sessions might be over but the information I have
gathered is irreplaceable. This is probably one of
the best choices I have ever made in my life. I know
today how to eat and workout properly in order to
reach my goals. I can even say, that everything I
know about nutrition, I learned from Marcus. I am
so thankful for everything he has done for me. He
definitely went way beyond what was necessary and
I really appreciate that. He is somebody I can definitely
count on in terms of his punctuality, communication
(phone calls and e-mail), and expertise. I would recommend
him to anybody whether the person is an intermediate,
who has been lifting weights or a beginner, who is
trying to get started. I think whoever trains with
Marcus will be very amazed about what he knows and
what a difference he can make in a short period of
time. He definitely changed my perspective in terms
of living a healthier and more conscious lifestyle.
I believe that by following his training procedure
anything is possible!
